Join us on a delightful family adventure as we explore the Biltmore Estate and Antler Village with our 3-year-old! Located in the heart of Asheville, North Carolina, the Biltmore Estate is a breathtaking destination filled with history, beauty, and endless opportunities for fun.
Exploring the Biltmore Estate
While touring the grand Biltmore House may not be the most toddler-friendly activity, we discovered the enchanting gardens surrounding the estate, offering plenty of space for little ones to roam and explore. The lush landscapes, vibrant flowers, and serene pathways provided the perfect backdrop for a leisurely stroll and some much-needed playtime.
Adventures at Antler Village
Next, we ventured over to Antler Village, a charming area located on the estate grounds. Here, we found a playground where our 3-year-old could climb, slide, and play to their heart’s content. The playground was a hit, giving our little one the chance to burn off some energy in a safe and engaging environment.
We also visited the Farmyard, where kids can get up close and personal with adorable farm animals like goats, chickens, and llamas. This hands-on experience was a highlight of our visit, as our toddler delighted in meeting the friendly animals and learning about farm life.
Sweet Treats and Memories
No visit to Antler Village is complete without indulging in some delicious homemade ice cream from the local shop, “The Creamery.” The rich, creamy treats were the perfect way to end our day of adventure and create lasting memories together. Watching our 3-year-old’s eyes light up with every bite was a sweet reminder of the simple joys of family travel.
